With the support of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, IMEAK Chamber of Shipping, Ship and Yacht Exporters' Association and the main sponsorship of the Ship Industrialists' Association of Turkey (GISBİR), the event is the second largest boat show in the world and the largest in Turkey organized by YATED in cooperation with ED Fuarcılık.
More than 250 exhibitors display more than 1500 products and services at the fair, where all components of the sector from motor yachts to catamarans, sailboats to small boats, marine engines to boat equipment meet. The 'Sea Stars' award ceremony was also organized at the fair where more than 600 boats were exhibited.
Within the scope of the Bosphorus Boat Show Fair, which is the biggest event of the maritime sector in 2024; The Most Admired Sea Song, The Most Admired Sea Movie, The Most Admired Sea Documentary, The Most Admired Sea Book, The Most Admired Sea Chef, The Most Admired Sea Athlete, The Most Admired Sea Painter and The Most Admired Sea Photographer were determined by the votes of sea lovers.
The evening was hosted by windsurfer Çağla Kubat and sea documentarian Savaş Karakaş.
